The government continues to control the population. President Moonbeam has singed the "Fluorescent Control Act of 2016" to stop the flow of illegal arms into separatist territories. General Gavin Nuisance of the San Fran Warrior brigade has promised to use all resources at his disposal to bring this revolution under control. Using government agencies, President Moonbeam orders the areas surrounding Texas to be federally occupied and controlled.
With the threat of land being taken for government usage and the war expanding to their state, militias begin to form. Texas with its combat experienced and motivated forces must reinforce its lines against Government incursions. Militia forces wishing to support Texas begin to flow in. Looking to cause confusion, the government must infiltrate and disorganize the militias.

Government: MultiCam, Woodland (DPM, ATACS FG, etc.), OD
Texas: Desert (3-color, DESPAT, Desert DPM, ATACS AU, etc.), ACU/ABU, Tan
Militia: Civilian, Black. NO CAMO PATTERNS AT ALL!
GEAR/LBV: While we encourage matching color to team, it is not required.
HELMETS/Head Cover: Must be matching, or neutral (black).
SAFETY
Eye Protection: FULL SEAL Goggles, no "shooting glasses". Must be ANZI Z87.1+ or better! Do not remove on the field!
Minors (Under 18): Full face protection is required. Must be solid, not fabric/soft.
Minimum Engagement (MED): 5 ft from barrel end
Red Glowstick/Chem Light: Must be red and illuminate to let other players know you are dead.
Blind Fire: NO FIRING UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING DOWN THE SIDE OF YOUR WEAPON!
Team Kills/TK: ALL HITS COUNT, regardless of origin.
Cold Kill/BANG BANG: First player to call wins. ONLY VALID WITHIN 5 FEET! MUST BE YELLED! MUST BE UNIQUE CALL FOR EACH PLAYER ENCOUNTERED!
Cold Kill/Knife Kill: Must be flexible training knife or comparable. Tap on shoulder, gear, etc. NO THROAT SLASHING, THROWING OR JABBING/STABBING MOTIONS!
NO REAL WEAPONS ON THE FIELD!
Reloading
Players will have a maximum of 600 rounds in ready-to-use/loaded condition.
To reload, player must go to the HQ. Loose ammo, additional mags can be stored at the HQ.
THERE IS NO RELOADING ON ANY OTHER PART OF THE FIELD!
Regen/Hits
When hit players will DIE IN PLACE (safety permitting, otherwise relocate to nearest safe area)
Player will stay in place for 2 minutes (120 seconds)
After counting, player will return to nearest controlled HQ.
Regen/HQ
Headquarters (HQ) will be marked by visible markers. There points ARE NOT TO BE ASSAULTED! No firing from or into HQ areas. DO NOT REMOVE EYE PRO AT THE HQ, IT IS STILL ON THE FIELD OF PLAY!
Weapons
SAW/LMG: SEMI-AUTO ONLY! If the weapon can do semi-auto it may be used!
SNIPER: This is a NO SNIPER game. However if the weapon fires under 1.55 joules can still be used!
Full Auto/Burst: There is to be NO FULL AUTO AT ANYTIME! Semi-auto only. If your gun cannot fire semi, it will not be used!
Grenades/FRAG: Live action only (Thunderbee, Tornado, etc.) No foam grenades. 15ft Radius at STOP POINT
Rockets: No direct player shots. Must be nerf/foam type. 20ft Radius at IMPACT. Clears room shot into.
BB Shell/203: Ricochets count!
Mags: Must be regular mag, no Box Mags! High-cap, Mid-cap, Standard Cap OK for AEG/Rifle. HPA: NO WINDING MAGS!
SMOKE/Enola Gay: "Cold smoke" only. DO NOT USE INSIDE BUILDINGS!
Weapon Hits: Hits to the weapon DISABLE the weapon. Player must switch to a secondary/side-arm. If not available, player is DEAD!
Lasers: NO NOT POINT INTO PLAYERS FACES! Max distance 75ft! NO HIGH-POWER/BURNING LASERS!
Chrono
1.55 joules. This is approximately 410 FPS with a 0.20g BB. The weapon may not break the barrier when tested by staff. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS! Verify your weapon will not break the JOULES tested, not the FPS!
Bring an EMPTY mag to the testing station. Staff will verify semi auto and will fire 3-5 rounds to test, weapons that pass will be given a marker that MUST REMAIN ON THE WEAPON for the duration of the game. Chrono will be open only at the Sign-in / Register time. NO CHRONO DURING THE GAME OR BETWEEN SESSIONS! Players using non-chrono'd weapons will be removed from the game and not allowed to return. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO REFUNDS!
"SEARCHING"
If a player is dead, opposing teams may "search" that player. The dead player must comply with the request. AT NO TIME WILL THE PLAYER BE TOUCHED OR PHYSICALLY SEARCHED. The dead player must hand over any intel or assets in their possession. This includes mission objective cards, notes, papers, laptops, etc.
ASSETS/INTEL/PROPS
Please do not intentionally damage, mishandle or abuse the field props. We would like to have them available to use again. Players may carry no more than ONE asset at any time. Some assets may require more than one player to carry or move. If a player is killed in possession of an asset the player MUST DROP THE ASSET WHERE THEY DIED! No assets may be buried, placed on roofs/walls or placed in the HQ!
SQUADS
This game will require working in your assigned squad and your assigned mission. All squads will have unique missions. Squads may assist other squads in their missions. "Lone Wolf" or solo playing will not help your team secure its objectives and will hurt the game play and vision.
